I believe in keeping things as it is. Capturing the honest moments throughout the day. I would say my style is as simple as TIMELESS, FUN, ROMANTIC, UNFORGETTABLE AND REAL, real emotions, real memories, real romance. I love natural light, I believe natural light preserves the feeling of the scene I'm shooting. However, if I need to use a flash, I will definitely use it.
Fantastic. Send me through an email with all your details and if I am available, I'll send retainer invoice and contracts for you to sign and return. Simple!
Yes! In fact I encourage it. I highly recommend an engagement shoot as I can teach you to relax and be natural in front of the camera with each other while I come along as a third wheel. A session will also strengthen our relationship so that on the wedding day, we get the best images possible.
I generally shoot on my own to keep continuity BUT for larger weddings (100+ guests) I highly recommend a second photographer. As we work together, they can capture the candid moments of your guests whilst we are taking your portrait shots, they can assist the day to run smoothly and not so rushed with the timeline of events.
Absolutely! I love traveling. I travel up to 2 hours from my location in Mooroolbark 3138, a travel fee applies past that. Please contact me for special rates for rural, interstate or overseas weddings.
A first look is a situation set up by the wedding photographer for the bride and groom to see each other before the ceremony. The groom will be looking away, anxiously waiting to see his gorgeous bride, whilst the bride walks behind and surprises him and they have a moment together before the craziness of the day begins.
Having a first look before the ceremony can be a great time saver (especially if you are running out of daylight too), as normally bridal portraits are done after the ceremony. Instead if you have a first look, you can spend more time with your wedding guests and celebrate.
An unplugged wedding, in a nutshell is not wanting your guests to take photos during your ceremony. This helps prevent the ninja nanas stepping out in the aisle with their massive iPads, to capture the perfect moment on their device. Then I don't get photos of the backs of their heas, and instead of you staring at each other in awe as you come together at the end.
That is fine, I would love to help in any way I can, send me through an email and I'll see what I can do.
Editing usually takes approx 4 Weeks. You will receive edited images that are sized for print, so you can print over and over again, and you will also receive resized images for social medial and emails so you can share with family and friends as soon as you get them from me.
As you can imagine, we tend to get hungry by the time dinner (or lunch) time comes after all the running around during the day, so a meal would be perfect! We like to eat at the same time as the bridal party, as this means that we will not miss any speeches or toasts afterwards.
